Tuesday: Corner Building

I was invited to lunch today in Upper Town so here is a quick shot as we waited for our car.  There is no two ways about it - people, and particularly work contacts, think I'm odd when I whisk out the camera, particularly at the end of a work meeting.  It's not like I'm a tourist in this town.......but it's all too difficult to explain so I just smile weakly.

I had an evening of running errands tonight.  K. was out with a friend tonight so I came home and finished off Arvin and Ann's laundry (see yesterday).  I then went to pick up K., drop Tony, who K. was out with, off at the station, went home to pick up the washing, and then dropped it off at the hotel.  All that was followed for an episode of 'Game of Thrones'.

I do get invited to some strange things but today's invitation was my favourite.  A week in Dubrovnik in May to attend a convention on natural casings for sausages.....seriously, a week!  I have politely declined.  I should point out that I have nothing to do with sausages, food products or casings of any kind.
