Last Time Game

Have started playing the Last Game in Chorlton.

Today was the last time Squidge and I visit the local library where we have spent many a happy hour choosing and reading books together. We returned our last lot of borrowed books today and I got a flood of nostalgia. I brought her there as a baby to the Friday morning nursery rhyme singalong classes whilst I was on maternity leave....I don't think I ever imagined leaving Chorlton at that stage. Funny how things turn out.

Had a very productive day at Media City today whilst Mum and Dad held the fort at home. I felt like I was flying with work again for the first time in weeks.

Had a good money sort out too with my accountant and calmed myself down on the new house finance front. It has all seemed a bit daunting of late with the bills rolling in for removals firms, solicitors, estate agents - not to mention stamp duty. This move will eat into a massive chunk of my savings so will be quite happy if we don't move again for 10 years at this rate. Wilmslow and new house, you'd better be worth it!!!!
