Landing the catch

At the Cobb Lyme Regis this afternoon we watched this fishing boat unloading boxes of Cuttlefish to be loaded into a lorry en-route for Plymouth is it would appear. The only thing I know about "cuttlefish" is the white bony things you put in birds cadges.  It seem however that they are a relative of the octopus family and can squirt a black dye and there are recipes on the internet with details of how to cook them
