Good luck, little duck ..

Out with my bird class today.

From one of the hides we heard a high pitched peeping and saw this little chap walking about just outside the hide.

He settled down and dozed off. He was all on his own - no siblings or parent ducks to be seen .. 

I looked to see if there was any access to him as I was wondering about trying to get him to a wildlife rescue, but it was all fenced off.

Fingers crossed that there was a happy ending and he's now reunited with his family ..
