Landlord Training

We took a day long class in becoming a landlord today. It was fine, and we learned a lot, but as soon as the first break was called, we looked at each other and said, at the same time: Tom! This instructor is the spitting image of our friend and neighbor Tom and we were distracted by that all day long. Looks just like him, sounded just like him, and acted just like him. Don't often find a look-a-like quite so close.
