Building trust

The dog in this photo is a shelter dog that was abused as a puppy. The person holding a 'treat' in his hand is developmentally disabled with a fear of dogs. Here, with the help of the women, there is an effort to bridge mistrust into trust. Let's just say there was a small bridge erected. Both human and dog got close to trust but not 100%.
