2015 Columbine 1

My favorite flower in my garden is the Columbine, the Colorado State Flower.  On the link you will see the color of the flower that is our symbol. Ironically, I have about six different colored flowers, but not that one.  I will post them as they bloom.  They bloom as wildflowers in the mountains in late June and July.  It's so wonderful to see fields of them, along with all our other beautiful mountain flowers.  I hope to do a lot of mountain hiking this summer and look forward to some beautiful blips.  I already know this will look better full screen.  (I usually post my photo and look at it and then go back and add that. ;-)
