Copenhagen Nørrebro Brewhouse
So I arrived in Copenhagen just as the sun was starting to set, and there were lots of panoramic views of the nice architecture that you can find in any tourist brochure, but the photo I wanted to share was from the restaurant we ended up eating in.
I had planned to show off my knowledge of down-town Copenhagen by taking my boss to the Halifax, a truly world-class burger restaurant that I had been waxing lyrical about on the flight over, however there are more than one of them in Copenhagen, and after accidentally selecting the wrong one on my map we ended up going for a much longer (and more interesting) stroll across town than planned. We saw lakes, parks, monuments, sculptures and parts of town that we wouldn't normally visit. When we finally got to the (wrong)Halifax my boss pointed out that we might be near to one of his favourite restaurants, which they previously only managed to find after taking two buses and getting lost repeatedly. Always one to make the most of a bad situation we ended up here, at the Nørrebro Brewhouse. One of the first micro-breweries to start up in Copenhagen, and also a great restaurant (if you can find it).
Anyway I guess I should add some of the other photos as extras, since although they don't come with a story they do show off some of the sights and views, and I need all the practise and encouragement I can get.
