The Fabrick, Ashover

The Fabrick, or Ashover Rock is a gritstone outcrop and local landmark.
Standing 299 metres above sea level, on a clear day Ratcliffe on Soar power station may be seen,23 miles distant, while with a telescope Lincoln Cathedral becomes clear 40 miles away.
