Got a Fitbit watch a week ago, I am liking seeing how many steps I have made and putting in my food to see if I have eaten more or less calories than I've used up! Passed with flying colours today as I've only consumed 1490 but have burnt up 2039!!!!!!
I didn't make my 10,000 steps yesterday-it really is quite a lot of walking- but I am pleased that I've done over and above today!
