Small Yacht

8.7C feeling cold out of the sun. Long sunny spells. Moderate breeze.

Apothecary7's day off. We went into M&S at city quay in Dundee first of all then came home via Broughty Ferry. We parked near the castle and took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk. We wandered out to the end of the pier by the harbour where we watched a small yacht tack back and forth across the estuary while a faster RIB curved out from the harbour and went across to a point beyond the lifeboat station. We carried on along the seafront and came back along the main shopping street and back to the car.

After lunch I went out for a 2 mile walk. Down the road to the shore road, but not down to the beach today, then back home in a loop. Maeve stayed at home with Apothecary7, who elected to clear some weeds off the driveway (weedkiller had been applied recently).
