8:30am, at work, getting changed.

Short on sleep so there was no bike, no running, just a train to work.

A good day, lots done, and a clear list for tomorrow.

Our kiwi visitor away to visit others, it was a fairly quiet night of washing, bed-making and then some late work-email clearing up.
