Tree in a field

I haven't seen as many solitary trees in fields since I have moved to Devon.  My immediate surroundings seem to be fields and woods, ie lots of trees.  I took this opportunity to take a tree in a field, with clouds I associate more with the Midlands as well.  The green ridge at the edge of the field is the site of a former railway line.

Weatherwise its been a very bright start to the day with cloudless skies that slowly clouded over.
