Primula veris

Right outside my office window is a sea of yellow.  The cowslips started off as 6 plug plants 11 years ago and now there are thousands.  All thanks to a bit of tlc and only mowing the grass a couple of times a year.  When the cowslips are gone other flowers will take their place in the meadow until the glorious haymaking cut with scythes in August with shirts and not 'Poldark' style. Aidan Turner's technique was so bad we thought we could offer him a few lessons.
