World Tai Chi Day

Had a brilliant day at our World Tai Chi day in Kirkwall. Over 60 people came along  to either watch demonstrations of Wutan style and the form we teach for Arthritis Care or take part in various different tai chi activities.

Great fun and really good to have people from all the different classes getting together and practicing tai chi along with thousands of people around the world.
