Entering the high country

It's many years since I've traveled this road. In a couple of kilometres we'll be onto an unsealed metal road that twists and winds as far as Lake Sumner. Thankfully we'll only be going as far as Lake Taylor.

It's warm, breezy and in another hour or so we'll be at the shearers quarters on a high country station where we'll stay for the next 3 nights.

Basic will about sum it up.
