HMFC Player of the Year 2015

Today started with me taking L to gymnastics followed by a visit to see Mr brother (Uncle J).

MrsT was taking care of some housekeeping chores.

After lunch, we all had a nice game of Monopoly in which L won as usual before L and I went for a nice long walk down the woods at Bellsquarry.

I had never been down there before even though it's minutes from my door and it was very nice indeed. Lots of nice little paths and of course the little doors and windows built into the fairy trees are also cool.

From there, I took L into the playground at Bellsquarry Primary School so she can experience where she will be going from August this year.

In the evening I was hosting a table of 8 at the Hearts Player and Young Player of the Year awards dinner at the EICC.

A great turn out with over 750 guests. I did feel slightly outnumbered being probably the only Rangers fan in the building.

It was a good night but a late night not getting back until just before 2am.

Good job I stuck to bottled beer only!

In a twist, they decided that the whole team should be player of the year this year after a great season for them.

Here is the full team on stage to receive their awards alongside Ann Budge.
