Flatirons

This flatiron sculpture is across the street from the apex of the Flatiron Building in Asheville, North Carolina.

If the building looks familar, that may be because it was modeled after the Flatiron Building in New York. It's wedged between Battery Park Avenue and Wall Street. Do those names ring any bells?
