Portland Pony

This is a new pony in our neighborhood that I found this afternoon.  It's not tethered to one of the horse rings in the curb stone so I'm not sure how long it'll last (there are plastic horse rustlers in this town) but it's nice to see people are still participating in the project and I have a picture to show it was there.  Hope it's still around when I next go by.
