Bed time

It's been a long day.

Spent a large part of it watching bits of the London marathon with Kara who was surprisingly interested in it.

Out for Jaspers run along to our cycling only to get caught in a hail stone shower mid cycle.

Finished the evening off by watching channel 4's secret life of a 4 year old. Pretty funny as it was all about kids interactions with each other.

Now bed with jasper getting some cuddles from Kara before lights out.
