lunch

Inspired by a tomato bruschetta we had in a Sydney cafe, I’d been wanting to try my hand at making one for lunch.  Our local supermarket has started selling Italian bread, so what’s stopping me?  (Nothing, as it happens.)

OK - need to work on presentation, but it tasted good (said Anniemay).
