Hawk in Wetlands area of Locke Road, Lansing

Hawk in Wetlands area of Locke Road, Lansing...   I spotted this large white bird high up in a tree in the wetlands area of Locke Road, Lansing.  At first I wasn't sure if it was a Hawk or a Snowy Owl.  Even after downloading it to my computer, I'm still not sure what kind of Hawk it is...
