Diving

I had a stonking night’s sleep and think the First Defence is staving off the cold.  We weren’t expecting a frosty car this morning so put on some extra layers before setting off for Capernwray.

We headed underwater for a quick session to check out our diving kit which hasn’t had a huge amount of use in the last 18 months.  It was a non-eventful, pleasant dive and all went to plan. Both our hands were non-functioning by the time we got out and it took longer than usual to extricate ourselves from our drysuits.

The sun was out though and we warmed up on the cafe balcony in the sunshine before heading home for Little Dog and a walk around the lanes with a few hailstones before we got home.  

Curry to finish off the weekend and another early night.
