The Old Hall

Well they got the weather forecast very wrong today! It was supposed to be heavy rain, but instead we had glorious sunshine. Rain means everyone stays inside in the teashop, sunshine means they spread to the garden too.  So...we had the WI meeting upstairs, people in the tearooms downstairs and then the sun worshippers in the garden. There was no let up all day.

It was great to go straight to the Old Hall to meet up with Pat when we eventually finished. It is her birthday today and so she didn't work and was chilling there with her family and we....well we were desperate to sit down and have a drink!
