What a difference a day makes! Sunshine all day, if quite cold, and walkers, riders and cyclists were all out in force at Watergrove. Not so many on the high paths so it was mostly gloriously quiet. The sheep are only just starting to lamb here and I saw only three very tiny lambs, probably only a day old by the looks of things. So not much baaing and bleating going on, except right at the end of the walk when I stopped and listened to a ewe and her lamb, a skylark singing up high and the wind in the grass, bliss.
