Sunny Afternoon

Our friends Liz and Genny came to visit us today.  We had the lunch I had half prepared for them yesterday, Butternut Squash and Chickpea roast served with roast new potatoes and asparagus, and roasted vine tomatoes; washed down with very nice bottle of red.  Pudding was a home-made apple crumble.
 
We felt somewhat stuffed after lunch and as it was such a lovely, sunny day we decided to take a walk around Shottery Village.  It was nice to see the Bluebells coming into flower.
