Different

A typical Sunday morning. Out cycling along the coast.

But today I went west to Kinghorn instead of the usual east to West Wemyss. I enjoyed it, and met a former colleague who was out running. A wee catch up as we caught our breath.

Another break with routine - over to Edinburgh for lunch with N.

I liked the restaurant (her choice). To be filed under "go back anytime".  My bouillabaisse was great, although local fish and not from the Med (I like it that way - less food miles).

The Outsider

Now it's digestion time. Not much dinner will be needed.

The Blip is the lifeboat station in Kinghorn. The tractor/trailer contraption in the foreground launches it. Very benign weather, so let's hope they were just doing training.
