Meeting up with good friends ...

Today, Mario , a very good friend of mine drove from his home near Malaga with his partner to meet me for the day on Burriana beach . We met in Rincon beach bar, and after a jug of Sangria, we had a delicious lunch in my favourite restaurant , Cafe del Mar. After lunch , we returned to the beach , and had an afternoon siesta (which was a good idea, after the wine and more sangria we consumed over lunch !). Mario and Oscar then spent the evening with me at the apartment , which was very nice .
Today is not so nice , cloudy and quite a cold wind - but from tomorrow onwards it is warming up again . Today will be spent reading my book , and perhaps a walk in to town this evening to a nice little restaurant for dinner .
