Wait for me

When we first had a hummingbird feeder it was a real thrill to see it being used. Then word got out and the hummingbird wars began. So this week I bought two more feeders. This is one of the new ones and it is very popular. This is a rare shot of them sharing the feeder. They usually want to compete over all the feeders.

Today was the Garden Club's semi-annual plant sale. Mrs G was there all day. I was on duty at the start and end, doing manly thing like setting up tables and taking them down again. It was a very successful sale. The plants are donated by club members and sold at knockdown prices so the sale is always popular.

My muscles are aching now but I can still lift my beer glass up to my lips!
