Performing Next

Les Mcewan and Bay City Rollers.

Now, I wasn't a fan 40 years ago when they were number 1 but my best friend was. My friend loved them, I liked them but my friend is a little older than me.

Obviously they split, some went to jail, alledgedly, but 3 years ago my friend had the opportunity to see her idol. 37years for this opportunity to come. So being a good friend I bought tartan shoes, nearly broke my arm if not my neck and went with her to see her 'boy' as theres only one left! He was ok 3 years ago. 1/2 a bottle of gin saw to that and a couple of lagers but we had a good night.

Same again 3 months later, ok, through the gin bottle.

Now tonight I have to say, gin bottle or no! Wow. what a bloody good show. How les has progressed, obviously it was there from years ago when he was 18 but the difference in the 3 years we have seen him is great. He has a great voice, some loose it, but he has not.

a group of us went tonight, it was to raise money for breast cancer. those who were going to come tonight and couldn't make it didn't you missed a good night but make sure you see them next time, really good.

They sang all their songs and covers, they laughed, joked and reminisced about the magazine 'jackie'. I did not buy this magazine and mam didn't buy it for me! It was a really good night, for a good cause.

The Bay City Rollers? I wasn't a 'fan' but I think I might become one, I'm off to google where they are performing next.
