Bird on a Wire

We've had a very chilled out day today - I dropped the car off for valeting at the marina and met up with my friend Petra at Cafe Rouge for brunch.  Followed by a quick trolley dash at the supermarket before picking the car up and then headed home to my boys.

Then this afternoon the sun was shining so we decided to take Milou & Bobbie for a walk across the fields at the side of the house.  It was weird, we set off with our sunglasses on, and as soon as we got onto the Tye,  the mist started rolling inland from the sea.  Within no time at all we couldn't see anything in front of us, and it was really quite eerie.

We walked to Telscombe village, and saw lots of lambs in the fields, but it was just too misty to get any clear shots of them.  Then as we were walking home we saw this lovely Robin on the fence, and he posed quite nicely for me.  Isn't it funny how we always refer to Robins and Blue Tits as 'he' - or is it just me?

Anyway, it's a quiet night at home for us and I've got a home made lasagne in the oven.  Hope you're having a good one!
