Melting moments

So many wonderful pictures to chose from, from our day up at the farm but loved this one. Squidge baking Melting Moments with Mum.

She's a bit off colour today so was glad of the change of scene as I could tell she'd be grumpy if we stayed home.

We had our last ever 'living in Chorlton' mooch round the Farmer's Market this morning and of course we bumped into lots of people, had a lovely coffee in a new cafe on Beech Road and generally felt like we belonged here. Grrrrrr! Not sure this move is going to be painless...

Then drove up to the farm for lunch, baking, lamb tours and cuppas. Got her in bed early tonight just now and am watching Safe House which I taped the other night with a glass of red.

Angus is finally off tomorrow. Three 90 hour weeks he has just worked. Insane. Not sure how much longer any of us (him included) can take him working in this job to be honest. The writing's on the wall....
