Into Edinburgh today to meet up with a friend for lunch to celebrate my 730th blip. I now know what a velouté is (I thought it was a sauce but in this instance it was soup apparently) but I wasn't paying so I was quite happy to not argue the point.

These friends were spotted from the train as I was heading into Edinburgh, perhaps they know what a velouté is.
