Weight Watchers

On Saturday mornings I help out at the Weight Watchers meeting in Romford, setting out tables and chairs, stock taking etc..

Here the leader 'Sue' gives her talk to those that have stayed, and the girl running the shop checks her figures (no pun intended!!).

I lost 1lb this week by the way :-)
