Great morning ride on the Malverns with Marcus. We did a circuit named TFB which I've been told means Team Fray Bentos although I'm sure I could think of a couple of more Anglo Saxon words to better describe it.
I fell off in the woods by taking a downhill corner too fast. It was quite scary until I landed on my head. At which point I thought, "well this isn't too bad actually".
