Richmond park, Surry

I went for a cycle ride around the park and spotted these deer. Its such a lovely place and it's odd to think the park is surrounded by a great city.
This parkland has been fenced off for hundreds of years. Henry VIII used to go hunting here and its possible these animals are direct descendants of the ones he missed with his arrows!
