Chasing The Sunset

The stiletto line of sailing boats stand lonely in the channel, silent and dour. The crews necessary to spark life into these empty vessels not quite ready for their fair weather sailing.

A very pleasant evening, despite the driving rain, culminated in chasing the sunset from the quayside at Rogerstown, Rush up though the foothills of Lusk into Regeens, Oberstown and on to Ballough. We were lucky also to be graced with a rainbow in the darkening sky which was a lovely bonus......A great stretch in the evenings these days as they say here.....just saying
