Autographs

Today, the 3rd and 4th graders exhibited their 3D geometry projects to parents and fellow students. The atmosphere was rather jovial. Bob had brought along a small notepad and shouted out that he was offering free autographs. To my surprise, he had a small but steady line of children taking him up on the offer. His teacher spoke to him at one point, I was sure to put a stop to it, but apparently only to ask him to stop advertising it by shouting. I think I was the only one to ask Bob anything about his geometry project. But seeing his autograph popularity was priceless. James and I do wonder how he became such an extrovert with 2 introverted parents!
