Prince George and Rain
I left a potted
azalea in the sunshine
to drive to Prince George

We left after breakfast, driving to Prince George for an industry conference. It was sunny and beautiful in Kamloops but that soon disappeared as we continued north on Highway 97.
We made a brief stop in Clinton so I could photograph the great chainsaw bench in front of the village office.
Cloudy skies followed us with intermittent showers and dashes of hail. The sky was dark and threatening by the time we parked in the hotel lot. Rain held off until we'd unloaded the car and moved everything inside.
We're on the 6th floor with something of a view of downtown Prince George. Tomorrow we expect to be inside all day. It doesn't matter if the 40% chance of snow becomes a certainty. Sunday promises sunshine and warmer temperatures. Good thing! I don't have snow tires on my new Prius!!!
