Times Of My Life

Heading Home

Breakfast, dog walk, and heading home.  That was the plan!  However, it all took a teeny bit longer than we intended, and we had to wait for the landlord to come and check over the caravan before we left.

Around 11am we headed to Findhorn, where we had a lovely wander and stopped for lunch at the Findhorn Community park.

Then down the road to Forres, then Grantown-on-Spey, then the Strathspey Heather Centre, then A9 all the way to Perth.

Got home at 6.30pm, all tired and sorry our wee trip was over so soon.  Millie the dog has been a perfect travel companion; she and I have shared the back seat for 3 days, and I feel we now know everything there is to know about each other.

Mum bought me and Marion presents, we bought her presents, I got G a lovely bottle of whisky liquer, and when I got home the housework was done and the washing was in the drier.

I believe the Bandits have been poorly while we were gone, so tomorrow I need to get in touch with them to find out how they are doing.  But tonight it is nice to be in my own house, but I'm missing my Thelma and Louise and Millie bunkmates.

Thanks ladies; it was a super trip.  xx
