Bluebell Walk

I really wanted to visit a Bluebell Wood this weekend, but the forecast is not very good, so I left work early and headed down the M3 to Micheldever Woods to take advantage of what might be the last of the dry weather for a while.

A newpaper article had stated that the warm weather meant the bluebells were flowering early, but I could see little evidence when I first entered the wood. However, moving further in I came across some good displays accompanied by a delicate perfume, and spent the next couple of hours snapping away and enjoying the walk.
