Waiting Times

There is little improvement in local hospital waiting times which seem still to be ignored. Here the queue for sustenance is an example of the
government's inability to fund and prioritise the needs of the nation to snack as a way of improving health.
    
Fortunately at Outpatients  efficiency was the watchword so I had no complains but one did feel sorry for the hungry pictured here.
