Red Blossom

This is the laziest picture that I took it out of my car window as I didn't have a blip in the camera for the day.  I went to the osteopath and then a visit to my daughter at work as I had a package delivered to her office as there is always someone there to collect it.  I have purchased a Blend and Go blender.  This means I can put smoothie/juice, blend it and take it out with me.  I am going to try it out tomorrow.  My daughter has one and she thinks its great.  Its Friday again so I hope you all have a great weekend.  I intend to rest up as I have had a tough week visiting my various health places and exercise.
