Well, I'm a day too late in acknowledging The Bard's birthday but better late than never!

We've been down in a Tiverton all day meeting the estate agent to get the ball rolling on letting Tess's Dad's flat, waiting for the YMCA to collect the rest of the furniture and for the auctioneer to decide what items are worth sending to auction.

This commemorative plate and miniature collected works of Shakespeare were among the things he thought might be of interest.

Not too much left to do now in getting the flat sorted; a couple more visits should do it.
