In the pink

No sun this morning, but the softer light suited this closeup of our camellia. It is rationing its flowers. Instead of blooming all at once the flowers are coming out in stages, giving us more time to appreciate them.
Out to lunch today with people Normous used to work with. Much talk of times long ago. I wore a jacket that I bought on my shopping expedition on Monday. Normous made no comment, he probably didn't notice, but friend Angela approved!
