I bought this book on Jerusalem cuisine as a souvenir of Chaiselongue. Those of you who used to follow her journal faithfully may remember that it featured in some of her blips. It's a wonderful book, full of inspiring recipes and beautiful pictures. Very well written as well. Today I made chicken with lemon, saffron and Jerusalem artichokes. The picture doesn't really do justice to that simple and delicious dish, full of Mediterranean flavours. But I enjoy a good food blip from time to time.
