Laid back preening

Had to laugh when I saw this swan going it on his preening today.  He was turning turtle in the water so sometimes only his underparts and feet showed, then he got started on his wing pit.  Honestly, what would deodorant manufacturers do if we scrubbed quite so thoroughly - their profits would, er, beakdive.

Grey this morning, our beautiful warm spell on the way out.  Luckily the sun did break through in the middle of the day and suddenly winter coats got lost somewhere and T shirts re-appeared, but I'm not sure I'll be wanting to keep the heating off tonight.

Nearly the weekend.  Have a brilliant (or at least a peaceful) Friday evening  xx
