Tuesday Night Run Club

Tuesday evenings are for Run Club.

Winter season is over and so we move our attention away from pounding the streets of Loughton to more picturesque settings.

Today we were just outside Waltham Abbey, near the Lee Valley Nature Reserve and our run took us out to and through Gunpowder Park and along the River Lea Navigation canal.

Lovely route on a lovely warm evening with lovely people.

Am looking forward to our return to running in Epping Forest soon.
