Finchale Priory

I returned to Finchale Priory today to take a few more shots. This is the room under the abbey. I chose this shot because all of the others looked so dull with it being such an overcast day. Doesn't last week's heat wave seem like a distant memory now?

I didn't bother posting an entry yesterday because it never stopped raining all day!

I will try and catch up with my comments at some point over the long bank holiday weekend.
