future sunflowers

My experiment of growing sunflowers has produced around 8 plants, i'm rather pleased with myself as i am not really that green fingered. Not sure what to do with them now though, unfortunately i don't know at what point you put them into bigger pots and put out side, any suggestions ? :-)
